Our training combines classroom instruction with hands-on practice, so every participant learns the right methods, tools, and safety standards needed in today’s workplaces.

Custodian Training Programs (ISSA-CMI Aligned)

We offer two levels of professional training, both aligned with the ISSA Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) standards:

• Basic Custodian Training
  Covers essential skills, including surface care, restroom sanitation, chemical safety, and daily maintenance routines.
• Advanced Custodian Training
  Focuses on specialized techniques like floor finishing (strip, seal, wax, burnish), equipment operation, quality audits, and leadership skills for team leads.

Each graduate earns an industry-recognized ISSA-CMI certificate, valid for two years.
